Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Collectables are non-refundable due to their nature, rarity, and/or condition. This is standard across the collectables industry and you should make sure to read thoroughly the description and review the item’s photography before making a purchase decision.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately and share as much detail as you can.

Shipped items are covered by insurance, with terms & conditions provided on order. Instructions will be provided on what to do in the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping.
